Narrative Description of Indicator

Indicator 12:  Early Childhood Transition

Local school systems and public agencies reported 99.72%  (1,400 of 1,404)of children referred by Part C prior to age 3, who were found eligible for Part B, had an IEP developed and implemented by their third birthday.   The four findings of noncompliance identified in FFY 2015 were corrected in a timely manner.
