Narrative Description of Indicator

Indicator 12:  Early Childhood Transition
 
Local school systems and public agencies reported 100%  (1,771 of 1,771) of children referred by Part C prior to age 3, who were found eligible for Part B, had an IEP developed and implemented by their third birthday.   The one finding of noncompliance identified in FFY 2016 was corrected in a timely manner.
