Narrative Description of Indicator

Indicator 16: Mediation – the percentage of mediations held that resulted in mediation agreements

The data for FFY 2022-2023 demonstrated of the 184 mediations held, 43 were related to due process complaints and 35 were not related to due process complaints that reflect a performance of 42.39%. The State did not meet its target of 75.00% - 85.00%.
