Narrative Description of Indicator

Indicator 16: Mediation – the percentage of mediations held that resulted in mediation agreements

The data for FFY 2021 demonstrated of the 151 mediations held, 38 were related to due process complaints and 45 were not related to due process complaints that reflect a performance of 54.97%. The State did not meet its target of 75.00% - 85.00%.
